Newbury, NH - (July, 2010) - Mount Sunapee Resort is a busy place on weekends and holidays throughout the winter season.  The Hearthstone Room offers groups of 20-35 a quiet relaxing oasis amid the hustle and bustle at the resort. 

Located in the Spruce Lodge just steps from the slopes, Hearthstone Room packages include an all-day lift ticket, three different meal options and private use of the room for the day.  Guests can relax in a wing back chair or on the sofa, put their feet up on the coffee table and warm up in front of a large fieldstone fireplace.  There's a TV and wifi if the group wants to combine work with play.  There is also a changing room and bag storage.  A hostess caters to the group's needs throughout the day.

Three packages: the Green Circle, Blue Square and Black Diamond, range in price for adults from $77 per person to $84 per person.  Bar service, après-ski fare and other food options can be added to the basic packages.  Rates are also available for young adults, juniors and non-skiers.

The advantages of the Hearthstone Room are not just off the slopes.  New for 2010-2011, groups who book the Black Diamond package receive VIP lift access to the Summit Express quad, Sunbowl quad and North Peak triple chairlifts throughout the day.
