Newbury, NH – (May 31, 2011) – Mount Sunapee Resort will be hosting four themed dinners on Thursday nights throughout the summer. The Summit Lodge, with a spectacular 360-degree view including Lake Sunapee, will host a Clam Bake June 30, a Family Fun Night July 7 and a Wine Pairing Dinner with Southern Wine & Spirits July 14. September 1 will be a Beer Pairing Dinner with Harpoon Brewery mountainside in the beautiful Sunapee Lodge.

The Clam Bake on June 30 will be a traditional New England Clam Bake complete with littleneck clams, lobster and corn-on-the-cob. The Family Fun Night on July 7 will feature fare for the whole family as well as a scavenger hunt and other activities prior to dinner for the kids. On July 14 there will be a Wine Pairing hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits. A variety of wines and dishes ranging from appetizer to dessert will be served tapas-style by Executive Chef Joe Cole and a Sommelier from Southern Wines & Spirits. These three dinners will be at the Summit Lodge at Mount Sunapee. Guests will be transported to and from the 2,743-foot summit on the Sunapee Express Quad chairlift. In additional to a great meal, guests can take in the views of New Hampshire, Vermont and Lake Sunapee.

A Beer Pairing hosted by Harpoon Brewery will be held September 1 mountainside at the beautiful Sunapee Lodge. A variety of beers and dishes ranging from appetizer to dessert will be served tapas-style by Executive Chef Joe Cole and a Master Brewer from Harpoon Brewery.
