seasonal whole fruits, cut tropical fruit, melon platter, and a
bowl of berries to our continental breakfast selection.
- Yogurt Parfait Bar - $5.95 - Fat free French vanilla
yogurt, selection of berries, dried fruits, and granola.
- New York Bagel Tray - $8.95 - Assorted bagels served
with grava lox, cream cheese, red onions, tomatoes, and capers.
Smoked trout or salmon also available at market price.
- Hot Cereal Bar - $6.95 - Kettle oatmeal, cheesy grits,
and cream of wheat with assorted berries, maple syrup, brown sugar,
and select toppings.
- Cereal & Milk Bar - $5.95 - Selection of cold
cereals and milk.
- Plus Plus - $3.00 - Combine any above selections to
create your own custom breakfast bar. Highest priced item, plus per
selection charge.

- Hearthstone Breakfast - $9.95 - Scrambled eggs, bacon,
sausage, potatoes O'Brien, and French toast; seasonal fresh fruit;
and bagels and croissants with pure maple syrup, butter, jams, and
cream cheese.
- North Peak Brunch - $14.95 - Deep dish quiche (choice of
Lorraine, Florentine, or mushroom), cheese blintz with berry sauce,
and smoked trout pennette; asparagus with hollandise sauce; pit ham
with carver; seasonal fresh fruit and berries; and bagels and
croissants with butter, jams, and cream cheese.
- Chef's Station - $5.95 - Add personal chefs service to
your buffet selection; includes made to order eggs, omelets, and
pancakes.
