Deli Selections

Includes choice of one deli salad, potato chips, cookies and brownies.

• American Cold Cut Deli Board - $11.95 - Sandwich bar with classic cold cuts of roast beef, ham, pastrami and roast turkey; cheddar, American, and Swiss cheeses; and assorted deli breads; complete with relish tray and condiment bar.
• International Deli Board - $14.95 - Sandwich bar with mortadella, parma cotto, genoa salami, pepperoni, and cappicola; cheddar, provolone, Jarlsburg, and dill Havarti cheeses, and assorted old world breads; complete with relish tray and condiments.
• Silver Dollar Deli - $10.95 - Egg, chicken, tuna, and seafood sandwich salads accompanied by assorted rolls and condiments.
• Garden Salad Bar - $9.95 - Tossed lettuce and mesculin salad greens with a fixings bar of cherry tomatoes, chick peas, cucumbers, carrots, chopped egg, julienne deli meats, bell peppers, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and croutons with Italian, Bleu cheese, ranch, and vinaigrette dressings.
• Plus Plus - $3.00 - Combine any Deli Selections and/or Bread Bowl Bar to create your own custom deli board. Charge based on highest priced item plus per selection charge.
• Deli Salad Selection - $2.00 - 3-bean, potato, macaroni, pasta, tossed salad with house dressing, chopped Caesar salad, and coleslaw. Additional selections.

Soup / Chili / Chowder

• Bread Bowl Bar - $9.95 - Choice of three soup, chowder, or chili selections and choice of one deli salad accompanied with bread bowls and condiments.
• Add Soup / Chili / Chowder - $3.00 - Choice of two soup, chowder, or chili selections. Per person charge when added to any deli or buffet selection.
• Butlered Service - $2.50 - Choice of soup, chowder, or chili selection. Per person / per selection charge when added to plated luncheon.
• Soup Selections - Broccoli cheddar, tomato bisque, chicken noodle, fire roasted vegetable, Italian wedding soup, chilled cucumber, or gazpacho served with crackers.
• Chili Selections - Chili con carne or vegetable chili served with condiments.
• Chowder Selections - Clam chowder, corn chowder, lobster bisque, shrimp bisque, or Vermont cheddar served with oyster crackers.
