Daily Training Schedule for all Programs

8:45 am

We meet everyday outside of the Alpine building for announcements and meeting your coach.

9:00 am

Groups leave for the morning session - please be on time to avoid your child trying to catch the group.

12:00 pm

Lunch Break – There is some flexibility to allow each group to finish their activity. All groups return to the Alpine building.

1:00 pm

Meet for afternoon session at the race building

2:30 - 2:45 pm

Athlete pickup- Please make plans to meet your child. The coaches are off-duty at 2:45 pm.

2:30 is a great time to talk to a coach.

Schedule may be subject to change due to conditions and/or training.

Daily Lunch

Each athlete is responsible for his or her lunch arrangements. Coaches do not supervise athletes at lunch.

Race Schedules

Are posted on our Mount Sunapee web site Alpine page, along with weekly updates. They will also be posted in the Alpine building and extra copies will be available in the mailboxes for each age group/discipline.
